Flavour & Function

Food, Culture & Wellbeing

An interactive Kumba workshop exploring how food carries memory, shapes identity and influences the way we approach wellbeing.

Through conversation, storytelling and two bite-sized Kumba tasters, Chef Mona invites guests to consider how we can adapt the foods we know and love without losing the culture, comfort and belonging they carry.

This is the conversation — with a taste of Kumba.
