All tickets are non-refundable. Each menu is planned and ingredients are purchased specifically for the number of guests attending. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds once a ticket has been purchased.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the event with the new guest's full name, email address and any dietary requirements.

In the unlikely event that Kumba needs to postpone or cancel the event, guests will be offered either:

• a full refund, or

• the option to transfer their ticket to a future supper.

We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements where possible. Please inform us at the time of booking. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen is free from allergens.

Photography and videography may take place during the evening for promotional purposes. Please let us know on arrival if you would prefer not to appear in any content.

Please arrive on time. The experience is designed to be enjoyed from the beginning, and late arrivals may miss part of the first course.
