When you book a ticket or join our guest list, we collect your name, email address, and any dietary requirements you share with us. For ticket purchases, payment is processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your card details.
When you leave something in the Kumba letterbox, we collect your contribution and any optional details you choose to share — your name or initials, where home is to you, where you are writing from, and your email address. Your email is only used to clarify your contribution or let you know it has joined the archive; it is never displayed publicly. Every contribution is reviewed before publication, and you can request removal of a published letter at any time. We only add you to the Kumba Table mailing list if you actively tick the mailing list box.
We use your information to process bookings, send confirmation emails, notify you of future events, and accommodate dietary requirements. We will never sell your data to third parties.
By joining our guest list, you consent to receiving emails about future suppers and events. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
