Flavourful food. Thoughtful nourishment. Cooking that fits your life.

I'm Mona, a London-based chef with Zimbabwean roots, bringing together vibrant flavours, restaurant experience and postgraduate study in nutrition, health and wellbeing. My experience spans daily cooking for a touring artist, meal preparation for busy individuals and families, restaurant service and curated supper clubs.

I believe food should always be enjoyed. I love the stories behind cultural food and I always use that as a guide and inspiration when cooking and creating and developing recipes.
